X-Pac®

Dimension-Polyant is based and manufactures their fabrics in the United States. We source from DP for that very reason, we like U.S. made. We source a few of their products and have provided the specs below.

ECOPAK® & RBC

Challenge Sailcloth, A U.S. based manufacturer who has recently launched a new look on environmentally friendly products. Each yard saves about one pound of carbon emissions, compared to standard nylon or polyester bag fabric.


  Their pack cloth is made from 100% recycled polyester fiber and film. This fabric is made in a REPREVE® factory overseas and distributed through their U.S. headquarters. REPREVE® is the leader in recycled fiber, they focus on cleaning our environment and producing the highest level of recycled textiles.

All custom shop products are manufactured by the founder Matt Moosa. Our stock items are contracted out to a private U.S. factory. We take pride in producing products made in the U.S. Although, some hardware pieces are imported, we continue to purchase through U.S. suppliers. We choose to work with vendors that have likeminded values when it comes to caring for our planet and the community around us.
