Refund policy

At MoosePacks, LLC we are committed to creating the highest quality products, and we stand behind everything we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, simply notify us within 14 days of your purchase and return your products to receive a full refund of the products. To receive a full refund, your products must still be new, meaning no damage, no wear and tear and no missing items, the product must come back in the same condition as it arrived. Products that come back dirty or damaged will be subject to a restocking fee or no return. Additionally, all products are backed by a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser for any manufacturing defect. *Shipping charges are a third party expense and they are not eligible for returns*
